Blue cheese is made with pasteurized cow’s milk, refined with the original cocktail recipe and covered with candied currants. It is a cheese for ladies, sweet and mild, not too alcoholic; the flavor of the orange, coming from the cointreau, is pretty recognizable. Taste it plain or with the namesake cocktail.
